Hello! We are Frank and Teri Brach. Relocating in October 2014 from Wasilla, Alaska to sunny Venice Florida, we love being so close to the beautiful beaches, great restaurants, and lovely shops.
We have always had a passion to help people, so after many years serving the public in our professional careers, we decided to start a residential cleaning business. Our goal is to not only provide our customers with a clean home but to create more free time for them to enjoy their family and favorite activities.
Sunsational Cleaning LLC is a veteran-owned and managed company. As owners, my wife formerly in law enforcement and I a licensed healthcare provider, we believe in extensive training of management and employees, high-security standards, qualifications, and pride in a job well done.
As business owners, We have seen enough employees come and go to know the importance of team culture, positive work mindset, and work ethic. This allows us as a business to know exactly what to look for, and to avoid when the time comes to hire our next rockstar employee. This is where you come in. What we have for you!
- Comprehensive Paid Training – Paid training starting at $12.00 per hour!
- Weekly Compensation – Great Pay with earning potential $600 per week or more!!
- No Nights, Weekends, or National Holidays required! – No Weekends!

To be considered, we require:
- Must be able to successfully pass a criminal background check – Honesty, Character, Trustworthiness
- Able to transport assigned equipment and supplies in your own vehicle to include vacuum, mops, buckets, and all other associated supplies to perform the job – Responsible
- Must be able to care for your assigned equipment and supplies correctly. This includes laundering, drying, and folding the cleaning cloths, maintaining the vacuum, and other equipment – Positive Work Ethic
- Own or have access to reliable transportation on a daily basis – Consistency
- Speak and understand English – Participation
- Own a smartphone that allows you to be contacted reliably – Communication
- Be available to meet the variable daytime hour requirements between 9 am – 5 pm Monday-Friday – Flexibility
- Correctly and comfortably lift 35 lbs. without risk of injury – Physical Ability
